I just weighed out 2 and a half ounces of cinnamon so I can see how quickly it goes this week. I put a LOT in my green smoothies...
What are your favorite spices and how do you use them? I would really love to see/create/try recipes which call for larger-than-average amounts of healing spices. Thank you for anything you post! I will try it and post back!!

Yep, I'm married. Yep, he's a carnivore. When we met I had been a vegetarian for over a year... that was 8 years ago as of next month. I lasted about 4 or 5 months veggie when we first met; I remember the first piece of meat he fed me. In fact, I remember exactly where we were and how he had prepared it. My husband has a degenerative disk giving him lots of trouble. I told him that juicing would give his body the nutrients it needs to do some healing on that disk. Any resources/thoughts/experiences/knowledge that I can impart on him from any of you? THank you in advance :)

Starting a modified juice feast tomorrow! So excited :) The modification is that i will be using SunWarrior protein powder (vanilla flavor) with cinnamon and spinach and/or kale and maybe half of a frozen banana or a bit of pineapple twice to three times per day (to total about 60 grams of protein) since I lift heavy weights nearly daily.
