The most important thing to me is my family. I have been married to my husband for 40 years. I like to garden, take nature walks and enjoying the outdoors. I am presently about 80% raw. It has been a slow process over a period of about 4 years. At times it seemed as if I were taking 2 steps forward and 1 step back but when I look back I can see that I have come a long way since the beginning. I want to be a good influence in the area of eating as well as in every other area of my life. Who knows the way we eat may well make a big difference in the health of the people we love.

What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
I hope to gain moral support and encouragement from this group. I am always open to fitness and health tips and I love trying new raw recipes.
