I was born and raised in Brazil and I currently live in the States with my family.I have been struggling with my weight my whole life, but this Summer, I started taking control of my weight and decided that I am ready to make a public and verbal commitment with what has been eating me alive for years once and for all.

encouraging me not to give up... I have been on a " diet mode" for so many years and I feel like going Raw or partial Raw is a lifestyle more than anything else!

Raspberry /Kale Coconut Smoothie

This is an easy and creative way to use your veggies at home! 

I always have  Kale and frozen berries  on hand  to prepare endless  possibilities

of smoothies and cold treats !

In a Blender:

2 cups of chopped Kale

2 cups of frozen raspberries

1 cup of Almond Milk

1 Tablespoon of unsweetened coconut flakes

1 Tablespoon of grounded flax seed

3 Pre- soaked medjool dates


Directions: Add everything in…

Hey! I red your blog today on spices! Love all the ones you mentioned, except ginger, which actually I have never tried. I am a little nervous to. I love spicy things, just not too spicy, and I am concerned it would be too spicy. Know of any different recipies which incorporate ginger, but maybe not as strong. Just to start with...eventually I do want to be able to eat it like the pros. Back to the original topic, was reading your blog, love it! I tried to subscribe to, and I have an account there, but??? I don't know, I don't know why I don't see a place to subscrive or anything??
