Today I want to share my excitement about the upcoming
28 Day Total Reset which will be kicking off
February 1st and will be happening throughout the month. Although I've been facilatating health and wellness initiatives for years, this is the first program I've created and publically led since 2011. If feels great to be back and I'd love to share some details with you about RESET below and invite you to join us. To view a personal video message from me,
During the 28 Day Reset we will:
- Take a personal inventory of our lives, recognizing the area(s) that could benefit the most from guidance & support in getting back or staying on track with personal goals and desires.
- Connect with a community of caring, supportive and like-minded individuals who are focusing on making lasting changes that will stick.
- Look at and address the personal image we have of ourselves (physically, emotionally, etc.)
- Look at realistic ways in which to incorporate life-long healthy eating and lifestyle practices.
- Consider beginning a time of cleansing/detox from food dependencies, emotional crutches and environmental blockages.
- Look at ways in which to open our hearts and lives to receive breakthroughs in health, weight, relationships, careers, etc.
Participants will also receive amazing downloadable materials that will offer support in making dietary shifts that resonate with them. The many recipes and photographs are incredible and so very healthy. Members of Reset can download everything or only the pieces that line up with their personal 28 Day goals. Digital guides include:
- Guidelines for Optimal Health
- Recipes for Juicing
- Smoothies, Soups & other Delightful Blends
- Raw Food - 24/7 (very simple to gourmet)
- Plant Based & Healthy - Cooked Food Comforts
Additionally, participants will have membership to a private community site that is focused and dedicated only to this 28 Day Reset, which will include support from other members, myself and our wonderful leadership team. There will be a place to ask questions and get answers along with several new videos each week to help stay connected, inspire you and to support you in staying on track with your goals and desires. There will be a private area for weekly weigh-ins for those members who are looking for that kind of support and accountability.

Thank you for the welcome! I'll be browsing through the rules and other pages today, and I'm looking forward to taking part in this beautiful forum.
Thank you for the friend invite. I love what this site represents and look forward to sharing and learning.
Hello Penni <3 I've decided I need to stay away from FB as it seems to be depressing to me. I know that RFR is where I need to be...even if it is "just for today"...but I'm sure I'll be in and out more often. I invested in a Hurom juicer which I LOVE and I'm continuing to make dehydrator bread/crackers with the tons of pulp I have in my freezer. I'm not losing any weight and I'm beginning to feel an urge to get checked for thyroid problems. With all my bike riding and healthy eating, I don't know why my body isn't changing. One day at a time. I think of you often Penni. Thank you for being a constant health warrior in my life. <3<3 <3 <3
Hi Penni...it is nice to join an internet social support group with those having similiar passions on their physical well being. Thanks for the friend invite. I will be starting a seven day juice fast tomorrow (Monday). With regards to fasting, several sources that I have read indicated the criticality of taking enemas during the fast to aid elimination of toxins. One book in particular (Back to Eden) recommends four quart enemas during the fasting process. Silly question, but is the colon even able to hold four quarts of water? Several sources say yes, but was just curious on your thoughts. Thanks for any guidance that you can provide and I hope your day is going well. Steve
I eat one cooked meal a day to keep my weight up because the last time I went raw vegan for a year and lost too much weight. Not the fault of the lifestyle, but I was/am too busy to get enough calories from 100% raw. Brown rice/mixed grain or legume is my one meal. That's it; no oil, salt, or anything; pure and simple. The rest of the day is fresh juices, smoothies, fruit on the run. I found a product at Whole Foods which is called "Raw Meal" which is a host of raw sprouted grains, green stuff, fruit that is rich in natural occurring protein, B12, and pro-biotics. It's a raw product, and I going to give it a test drive for calories on the run. I went to a "Vegan" forum, but was disappointed with some of the stuff they were into. Margarine, microwaves, etc. I'm okay with this, but raw forum has a different vibration. I define myself nutritionally as a raw foodist who has one cooked meal a day, instead of a vegan who eats mostly raw. I've lost a little weight, but it's not missed. Thank you for this website, it's appreciated.
