About Me: (at least a couple of sentences; ex: family, interests, hobbies, favorite quote, personal mission statement, etc
I am a student at the University of Toronto. I have had a long strain of sick weeks. Every couple of weeks it would be something new. I need to cleanse my mind and body. I love Kundalini Yoga and I would hope to start that as well in addition to this RFR.
I was introduced through facebook about a blog about a Gluten-free mom
What dietary interests do you have? (clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, weight loss, etc?)
What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
I have tried diets and cleanses before but haven't been able to keep up with it because of my sickness and lack of nutrition causing problems. Also most importantly the support when stressed or to busy to care.

Thanks for adding me as a friend, Pavan. This is one of my favorite combinations for making a green smoothie. Blend: Two oranges, huge handful of baby spinach, liquid Stevia to taste for sweetness, ½ teaspoon vanilla if you like, almond milk for my liquid and flavor. Add ice or serve over ice. Enjoy! It reminds me of the sugary Orange Julius my children would buy out at the Mall. Have a great day : )
Welcome to Raw Food Rehab, Pavan. We are rolling out the red carpet for you! This is a wonderful community of people with lots of wisdom and love to share. I look forward to getting to know you better as we cross paths in the Mansion's easy access to learning and friendship. Enjoy!
