99.9% Dried fruits can be questionable.
What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
Definitely moral support since most everyone I talk to about a raw diet thinks I've gone off the deep end. Recipes are a must for me because they keep me excited about what I am doing and trying new things. They also keep me from letting this lifestyle become stagnant. Inspiration is above all the most important because it encourages me to keep going despite my daily challenges.
