Trip to the dentist

Just thought I'd share this story from my recent trip to get my teeth cleaned. The dental tech asked was I whitening my teeth - no... she was also curious as to why my teeth were thicker than 6 months ago. Raw food was my answer. Even the dentist came in to find out about my secret. LOL I hadn't even noticed, but they are thicker and whiter. Yes!See More

I was the kid who couldn't leave the table because she hadn't eaten her meat. Rutabaga- eaten, salad- eaten, green beans- eaten, but meat...yuck!!! I've been a vegetarian most of my life, but have recently entered into the realm of raw. I founded an organic food co-operative in my younger years, organic gardened since 1975, assisted in home births and been a conscious consumer for many decades. I'm still navigating the waters of raw, but I know I feel so great when I do juice and water…
