I became interested in raw foods a couple years ago by reading Green for Life by Victoria Boutenko. Green smoothies were part of my day. Then I became interested in a high raw/100% raw diet and have been working on that ever since. It's a learning process and I learn slow! But I'm getting to 100% raw 100% of the time!
How did you hear about our community?

What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
Mostly moral support. I need to be around like-minded people who understand the daily struggles of being raw in a cooked world. Plus I am always on the look-out for good raw recipes!

Here I am again...

It has been a long while since I have been in The Hab. I've popped in on occasion but never stayed for a long visit.

After putting on a few extra insulating pounds over the it is time to let them go. For the past week I have been high raw and feeling better. I can't do the April Initiative in the private room but will be doing it with you in the main Hab

Diabetes Smack Down

I used to work at a Big Box store with a lady about 20 or so years older than me.  When I met her she was already sick.  In the two years I work there she nearly died, twice.  She had a prolapsed uterus, diabetes, high blood pressure, you name it.  Medications out the wazzoo and she was still miserable.

Every day I brought in my 32oz. bottle of green smoothie.  She even tried it.  I told her about the testimonials of people who got rid of their diabetes by simply drinking 32oz…

Hello, Hot-Ta-Molly! How are you doing? I'm Blessed by the best! I'm getting ready to start a degree at Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis after my Ivy Tech Community College Commencement. At IUPUI, I'm Studying Fitness management and Personal training. I love to work out and I'm a raw food fanatic. I came up with my own Cardio/strength smash-up routines, my own toners, my own whole food/raw recipes, etc. I love you! Wish me luck on my career goals. Students who woprk part-time are more likely to stay in school and graduate! With that epiphany, I am going after part-time work because I want to be more likely to stay in IUPUI and graduate. I still have time to workout at the gym! Wish me luck. I love you!
