I'm a wonderful, beautiful child of God with a desire to live my best life by taking control of my weight and physical/mental and emotional wellness through the TRUTH of eating "whole foods", exercise and surrounding myself with positive energy through my thoughts and the people I encounter.
I have 135 pounds I will release over the course of time (my goal is within one year). I look forward to gaining strong relationships and knowledge with all of you here on the Raw Food Rehab site as we walk/run this journey TOGETHER. I enjoy people, I love music, travel and learning something new everyday. Most of all I LOVE "helping others help themselves" and encouraging everyone along the way. Are you in Dallas? Raw and green smoothies for sure are my lifesavers. They do not have all the drugs here in CR that they do in the states...I think this is fortunate really so I do find a diet. I'm not 100% and right now find it hard to think I ever will. But 85% yes! Good luck and just take it meal by meal AND above all have fun being creative even if you create something for the trash.
