I challenge myself for a year of not cooking anything more than tea in my kitchen. I had a rare treat yesterday visiting a real organic foods store. Not the kind that sells pills, but the kind that sells actual food. Since I have to travel to another city to get any of these things, I always take the opportunity to get some raw chocolate or an organic food bar. So I've been doing this raw food thing a few months now and haven't really sweat the small stuff, ie. if there was a cooked food craving I would indulge in it if it didn't go away in a few days and so far I've had those maybe once a week.
