"I know it would be more time consuming, but I would suggest sprouting/soaking the beans and then dehydrating them before pulverizing in the coffee grinder.  There would be much more bio-availability then."

Another First!

I just finished straining my first ever batch of Rejuvelac! I am planning on putting it in my green smoothie in the morning.  I can't wait, it's going to be so good. I made 2 quarts and then I combined the berries and refilled one of the jars to make a third quart.I'm planning on using the left over wheat berries to make flax crackers.  Does anyone have any recipes or suggestions for me? I would greatly appreciate it.See More

Why Am I Not Successful?

Posted on November 11, 2012 at 4:39pm 10 Comments

I keep asking myself, "Why can't I seem to be successful?" I have tons of healthy raw-living knowledge.  I know how good it is for me.  I know I will lose weight, gain energy and be able to go out into the world proud. So why, why can't I seem to step into it?  It's not that I don't want to.  I want to every day but when it comes to shopping, I constantly make the wrong food choices.  I either don't buy enough or I buy too much and throw it away.  I can't seem to get away from cooked foods…

First Attempt At Growing Wheat Grass!

Posted on October 16, 2012 at 11:32pm 2 Comments

Tonight, I put wheat berries , black oil sunflower and spotted peas to soak.  Tomorrow will be my first time growing my very own wheat grass. I'm so excited! I will have a hard time waiting for that wonderful sweet grass to mature for juicing.  I love when my apartment is full of sprouts!

You are never stuck. Things can and do and always will change. It is hard to remember this in the darkest hours. But do not believe that you are stuck. Change is inevitable. Breakthroughs happen every day. Know that every little hope, every positive idea and every struggling step forward is a sure step on the path to a breakthrough. And don't forget that happy thoughts will help you fly! ~Jinjee

Click Here if you are ready for a BREAKTHROUGH!!

"All personal breakthroughs being with a change in beliefs.

So how do we change?

The most effective way is to get your brain to associate massive pain to the old belief.  You must feel deep in your gut that not only has this belief cost you pain in the past, but it's costing you in the present &, ultimately, can only bring you pain in the future.

Then you must associate tremendous pleasure to the idea of adopting a new, empowering belief.”
