It took me a while to figure out my personal goals for the start of this year. Of course there are the obvious ones but, focusing my thoughts and prioritizing what will benefit my life the most took a bit of contemplation. My life only has one I but it also has 3 kids and a husband, my goals and efforts affect them as well.

Well, I just wrote down my 5 things on the 21st page of my 21 day Gratitude book. Really? Wow, I can't believe it has been 21 days.
Now to see if the magical 21 day habit breaker/creator has worked. What will happen tomorrow morning if I don't write them down? Will I automatically think of things I am grateful for anyway?
