I am a mom of 3. Been on a healthy High Raw Whole Foods way of eating since June of 09'. Live in a remote area of Northern NJ with very little Raw Support. My hubby and kids are ever so slowly beginning to contribute to my efforts in creating a healthy eating environment in the home. I have lost over 20 pounds since June and would like to get over the roadblocks I have encountered to lose some more excess weight.

I was reading a book this morning while riding my exersize bike (have not climbed onto that in a long time) this morning after sending my son off to school.  The book is all about detoxing your environment and body and such especially for those of us over 40.   Then after 15 minutes on the bike I went to help my middle daughter get ready for school. The "Right" Balance

It took me a while to figure out my personal goals for the start of this year.  Of course there are the obvious ones but, focusing my thoughts and prioritizing what  will benefit my life the most took a bit of contemplation.  My life only has one I but it also has 3 kids and a husband, my goals and efforts affect them as well.

Well, I just wrote down my 5 things on the 21st page of my 21 day Gratitude book. Really? Wow, I can't believe it has been 21 days.
