I found myself with a new green that is not used a lot in any of my raw culinary books!? Mustard greens that is. I've never tried them and they looked pretty the other day so I bought some. I was feeling that a nice soup warmed in the blender would be just the ticket to dispel the 2 ft of snow here in Illinois.
So doing what I do best (throwing whatever I have in the house together) I combined:
1/2 bunch of mustard greens, washed and destemmed
