Okay. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired! The best I've ever felt was when I was very active at this site and when I was high raw. My husband was diagnosed with another primary cancer in June and I have gained 20 lbs. since then and I'm still gaining. I've got it all: brain fog, bad skin, too much weight on my small frame, lethargy, depression, and muscle weakness. I don't have the energy to exercise. I've pulled out Penni's book Raw Food Cleanse again and tomorrow, February 1, 2015, I'm going 100% raw for 28 days. I KNOW this works! I felt the best I ever have when doing this, emotionally, physically, mentally AND spiritually. So I'm doing it again, and I'm posting every single day these next 28 days. Love you all. You've saved my life and I know you can do it again. xoxoxxox
