Today, I had another new experience - juicng at the Ball Park. Some friends had invited us to go with them to watch our local minor league team, the Air Hogs, play. Bingo - perhaps it is coincidence, and perhaps I am right, that I've been juicing something that my body is reactive to. Because after just one day of cutting back to items that very few people ever have an issue with, I have dropped 3 1/2 pounds, after three weeks of very little change.

Photo: One of my favorites of a set of photos I took of my daughter's poppy patch. They live on the edge of a golf course, on a lot that has lots of trees. It is such an idyllic setting. I really enjoyed the breeze today, and watching the tree branches blow in the wind, the way the sun sparkled on the leaves. It was so incredibly beautiful.
