"This is great! I want to add that if you have sensitive gums, gingivitis, or periodontal disease, candelula (an herb) is really good for gum health and healing, and it can be added to a toothpaste, or made into a raw tea to use as a mouth rinse. :-)"
"I do alternate with other toothpastes; in fact, I love to buy them when I travel and try differents flavors and unknown brands...! I think that the baking soda sinks in the bottom...so I have been using a little spoon to get a small quantity that I…"

About Me: (at least a couple of sentences; ex: family, interests, hobbies, favorite quote, personal mission statement, etc
I love my garden, just this morning I picked a big bowl of blueberries; blue gold!
I am sure that we have a big impact on our health, our choices determine a lot of who we are...
I discovered raw food about 6 months ago; there was an article in Montreal's newspaper about a raw restaurant with a couple of recipes, I tried one of them (a sunflower paté) and immediatly realised that I liked the whole idea of eating living food. I replaced my morning coffee by a green smoothie, bought a vita-mix and I was on board! I bought a few books and joined Kimberly Snyder's blog, very motivating! I lost a few pound and feel really good!
