I make 4 quarts of juice to get me through a day.....they keep well if refrigerated so you can make up to 1 day ahead...or half a day etc.  This recipe is for about a quart of juice.  mas or menos.

A good green juice recipe (tasty...)

1 bunch of italian flat leaf parsley

2 cucumbers

1/4 bunch of celery

other greens such as spinach, kale, romaine lettuce, chard, etc (as you like)

carrots....at least 1 lb...if you can find them, bunny love carrots are the sweetest

2-4 apples...granny smiths, fuji, braeburn, gala, pink lady...anything firm and on the tart side.

1-2 oranges

Juice all this and enjoy.........it is really really good!
