Hello everyone! I know you all are doing great based on your posts. I'm so happy that you all are totally kicking it for this initiative!
Two things that have happened this week that has made me very sad.
1. It is apparent to me that I must return to work full time. I really wanted to stay at home with my kids until they went to school. My DS will be going into kindergarten (more later on that) in the fall, but my DD will turn two in July. I so feel…

I can't believe I cut myself twice in one week! I cut my thumb on the blade that cuts veggies round on my food processor on Monday. Yesterday I was peeling a mango with my sweet vegetable peeler and my hand slipped. I cut my nail on my left ring finger. It bled, but it didn't throb as much as I thought it was going to. I just need to be more careful.

Hey everyone! I hope you all had a great day! It was a little rainy here after a beautiful day yesterday. It was extremely windy, but I made myself and my kids go outside and play a little.

Hey everyone!
I really didn't plan too much what I was going to eat today. I have been trying to use up some produce that really needed to be eaten because I really, really don't like throwing out food.
I made some cauliflower popcorn yesterday. I dehydrated it for about 10 hours so it was more like the texture of the other. It was really good. I was surprised. My DD ate some about 2 hours into the dehydrator, but she didn't like it as well after 10…
