Hello my lovelies! I'm vlogging this here raw food journey in order to stay accountable. Today was a big thing for me because I say how much I actually weigh, right now, out loud. I've been avoiding that by just saying, "I've released a little over 100 lbs..." Honestly, I want to see me be brave. May the truth set me free.

Super quick update: Two months "re-rawed," still loving it, still taking off pounds. Not sure what I weigh because I am being good and not weighing (it tends to mess me up.) But my clothes feel looser and hang better and I feel lighter on my feet and less pain, so woo-hoo! I have settled into a pattern that works: green juice upon rising, green smoothie late a.m, heartier raw entree for lunch, very light dinner like a big salad or just an avocado mixed with salsa.
