Aspiring raw vegan. I thank God for the greatness of fruits and vegetables. I love to be eating just simple, affordable, accessible whole produce for life and have an active lifestyle. I'm also interested in photography, travel, beauty, longevity, health & fitness, weight loss, fashion, yoga, hip-hop dance, jazz, swimming, running, cruising around, beaches.

I didn't make the foods I posted most recently. Some were from a restaurant and some were made by my son who is a chef. If you go back through my blog, you can see stuff I have made, much more ordinary. :-) Usually along the lines of chopping up three things together.
