I'm a single mom of a GREAT 19 yrs old son who is VERY supportive of my new transition in health and has chosen to join me in eating more RAW foods!! I am a dog trainer and need to get into better shape in order to keep doing what I LOVE! (We have 5 dogs - one of every size from a great Dane to a Maltese and 4 cats,and a turtle. I am blogging about my journey (see blog addy below) so I can see how far I have come and it helps me to keep on track and see my accomplishments..Plus I show pictures of all the new things I am eating!! and new recipes I am learning!!
What dietary interests do you have? (clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, weight loss, etc?)
I am currently just starting to incorporate RAW foods into my diet...and am loving it!!My starting goal - add 10 fruits and veggies to my diet per day...
What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
Support of being with others that are trying to do the same thing with their health,learning new recipes and how to's with UN-cooking,being an ear when I need to rant and allowing me to be supportive of other community members.
