You'll notice that I really don't write many blogs on here. I have a few times, however my passion is really veered towards video blogs. So if you're ever wondering what's up with me you can see some of my videos hanging around in the video section on here. I know that some people love to write and there are even times when I love to as well - at this time I'll continue to channel my passion into my videos.

I thought that I'd come on quickly to let you all know that I'm feeling great and have been eating very high raw (98% and upwards) for 8 full days now! My energy is soaring, I'm feeling great and I've lost 9 lbs so far!

My greatest lesson this time around thus far:

I was letting a fear of the unknown, a fear of judgement, a fear of success, a fear of failure and other fears hold me back from bein...g…

As I sit here contemplating all the changes (suttle and grand) that I have been undergoing and that I am currently undergoing, I am feeling an innate sense of gratitude towards the Universe. I am so proud of how far I have come with blasting through fears, being radically honest and going for what I want with confidence. It's all so new, yet so brilliantly exhilerating! I am anticipating the lovely changes to come and the lessons I will learn with the Raw Balance 11-Week…

hi darling Lisa - thanks for friend request - we are dancing sisters! I LOVE to dance - and I participate in a 5Rhythms - Sweat Your Prayers group in my community most Saturday mornings - a non-stop 2 hour sacred body movement meditation attended by about 75 or more - awesome - off the hook!  Keep up your positive spirits and keep moving - you are delightful!! hey lisa, thanks for friending me. looks like you have taken a huge journey over the last year. your weight loss was incredible. way to go!! so far in only 5 days i've lost 7 pounds, eating very high raw, first 2 days 100%, last couple days about 80%. no cravings at all!!
