Hi my name is Linda, I'm an Independent Coach for Team Beachbody. I help and encourage others to get fit with home exercise DVDs. Nutrition has always been the challenging part for me, as it is for many. After years of trial and error I've stumbled on to the raw lifestyle. Maybe 80-ish. Not really sure.

You are never stuck. Things can and do and always will change. It is hard to remember this in the darkest hours. But do not believe that you are stuck. Change is inevitable.
