I'm a self-employed English teacher and live on the beautiful Costa Brava with my husband. I have been vegan for a couple years but switched over to raw in May 2016 :) I am the founder of the Art of Compassion Project. We use art to promote veganism and raise money for vegan non-profits. Vegan for the animals, raw vegan for my health.
What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
A bit of everything. I especially need some inspiration when it comes to meals - I've exhausted my salad making skills ;)

Day 50 : 100% raw vegan

It's incredible that I've already reached 50 days on raw - it's been so much easier than I'd thought, and is becoming such a way of life.

I generally eat fruit all day (until about 7 or 8pm) and have a salad at night (9-10pm). Sometimes I feel like something savoury during the day and then I'll eat an Heirloom tomato or some veggies. I keep an eye on my nutrition using the Cronometer. I'm not too fazed about eating a certain number of calories, although I do try to get to at…
