All that since June 1st?? That's just wonderful. Isn't it amazing what can be accomplished? Glad to be of support as you transform yourself and your life, because in my life, one always affects the other! :-)
Hi Lawrence - I couldn't find a way to reply to your latest message to, so I'm posting here... that's wonderful that you're listening to your body, working with your intuition on what is needed. I'm 'cleansed out' at the moment myself - been at it for two years, so now my body wants a more normal approach, with some fortifying foods, like spirulina. Just thinking about fasting right now give me a strong feeling to not do it! Lol. All the best!
Thanks for adding me as a friend, Lawrence. This is one of my favorite combinations for making a green smoothie. Blend: Two oranges, huge handful of baby spinach, liquid Stevia to taste for sweetness, ½ teaspoon vanilla if you like, almond milk for my liquid and flavor. If you don’t use Stevia, use what you enjoy. Add ice or serve over ice. Enjoy! It reminds me of the sugary Orange Julius my children would buy out at the Mall. Have a great day : )
Wow that is amazing on the juicing aspect Lawrence. I am excited to take on juice feasting for any extended time. In face I plan to facilitate raw vegan living / juice feasting program coming up in August. People ask all the time about juicing or how to eat in a way that will sustain their bodies (that's my interpretation & wording) because they are not use to having the majority of their purchase at the grocery store be produce. So my continued goal is to teach people to live in a more simplistic way with their nutrition & fitness. Using nutrition to reverse diabetes, heart disease, obesity & many more dis-eases that plague our western culture, why would you not want to expose someone to a life saving lifestyle? So glad that your family was a major catalyst for you. You can see how much they care. The last 2 days for running has been yuk...thunderstorms with lightening so I haven't gotten to go. Very much looking forward to a run very very soon!
It is going well. I really like the C25k program. We have had quite a bit of thunderstorms here (unusual for this time of year) which has made it a bit of a challenge at times but I am determined to keep it going. I actually don't mind running in the rain as long as there is no lightning. :-) How about you? Tell me about your juice fast...over 50 days that is so great. I am looking to start one very soon. What was your motive to being your juice fast? How did you find RFR?
