I'm a 47 yr. old with fibromyalgia- complications from lyme disease from a tick bite I received in '89.......... I'm hitting it RAW to get rid of the pain from the acidity in my meat diet. I tried gluten-free, sugar-free but not enough!!!!! My favorite quote: “Perfer et obdura, dolor hic tibi proderit olim." (Be patient and tough; someday this pain will be useful to you.)”
What percentage of your current diet would you estimate is raw foods? (this answer many change over time)
How are you hoping this community can best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc)
Help to understand how to maintain my weight (can't really afford to lose much) & I would love to know how to maintain with raw foods & to gain muscle weight only!!!!!!!!! (firming & toning will come with the stamina to exercise again after a healing from raw foods!!!!!!!!
