I recently joined the raw food/vegan movement while doing a Beachbody fitness challenge. I am still learning and struggling with how to feed myself completely-but I am on my way! My little family consists of my husband and our two Australian Shepherd babies, Koza and Ziegenbock. My favorite quote that I discovered recently is "The thing that is really hard, and really amazing, is giving up on being perfect and beginning the work of becoming yourself."
