I joined RFR a few days ago, based on the recommendation of "Give it to me Raw", a website that was closing down.I've been a lifelong vegetarian and have off and on tried to increase the raw portion. A few weeks ago, I  tried to go completely raw for two weeks, based on the recommendation of a naturopath here in south India, where I live on a 2-acre organic wooded lot. I want to encourage you to copy what you shared with me and either add it to a blog post or to our Community Area for the most amount of exposure.  We have some amazing members here that are so well versed in all genres of raw eating. Let's get the dialog going out in the open and see what we can all come up with to hopefully help you reduce inflammation and start melting the stubborn inches!
