Have been experimenting with raw foods to varying degrees over the past four years.

Am a mother to two beautiful kids and have a very supportive husband who is willing to try any food I prepare but is also not yet willing to give up his processed carb addiction. (It makes it difficult to have this food in our home).
How did you hear about our community?
Have followed Penni for a few years now via her blog and other forums and love her beautiful spirit and her leadership.
What dietary interests do you have? (clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, weight loss, etc?)
Currently 60% but has been higher at other times.
What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
Encouragement, Friendship, Sharing of Resources.

Hi Everyone

I am all psyched for this new 11-week initiative, and so glad that you all, and Penni, are always here for support and inspiration whenever I feel the need to reconnect with the rawfood community.

Hi Rehabbers ... I am so loving settling in here and was so excited about being in a supportive raw environment that I got all fired up this morning, and spent the first few hours of my day in the kitchen creating fabulous salads and dressings, making almond milk and getting creative with tasty raw treats.
