I'm Kathy, I'm French and I enJOY living in Colorado with Jonathan, the love of my life, and my puppy Willy.

I love to prepare meals, go hiking, spend time with my dog, explore, learn, read, practice yoga, and meditate.

How did you hear about Raw Food Rehab?: Watching "It's a High Raw Life"n videos

What percentage of your current diet would you estimate is raw foods? (this answer many change over time): 65%

How are you hoping this community can best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc): Yes! Having something like this part of my every day life would be awesome. I love to learn, try new things and of course make my diet healthier.
