So i am a relatively new raw foodie.  Well, I want to be anyhow.  I have just finished 3 weeks totally raw and then had some pasta and got really sick.  When I was totally raw I felt amazing!!!  Why is it that though I felt amazing for some reason I more comforted by food that is unhealthy?  Right now I only eat one vegan cooked meal at night but I don't even want to do that.  I have a 15 month old daughter and I desperately want to raise her eating the right things and giving her the tools to…See More

Kate,

Are you into sprouting?

You may enjoy a more savory meal at night.

You can take spouted lentils, peas, adzuki beans....

Sprouted seeds, red clover, alfalfa...

And make a meal around sprouts.

Add a Savory dressing.

Try the juice of a Lemon, a handful of Dulse and an Avocado.

For a non fat version just us lemon and dulse.

Can add, fresh ginger, garlic, onion...

Smiles,

B&E
