"I have some peas sprouting right now. I soaked them overnight, gave them a few rinses for 24 hours then sowed them in shallow trays with compost... I love pea shoots. I just buy dried peas from my health store to use."

Kate,

Peas are as easy to grow as Sunflower seeds.

They grow very quickly if you sprout them in a jar.

They are a staple in my life.

I enjoy eating sprouted peas from a jar every day.

I also use dirt and grow shoots.

Happy sprouting.
