I am a Holistic Health Coach, Detoxification Specialist & Private Vegan Chef (raw and cooked cuisine) and I love exploring, learning and implementing the most effective and mindful approaches to radiant health and wellness for me, my family and clients. I am also a mother to an amazing and beautiful daughter, Kelly who is 26 and lives in London with her fiance' Jon and their 3 persian kitty cats (Winston, Otis & Elvis - my grand kittens). I'm very fortunate as well to have a wonderful boyfriend, Scott Oldner, who is so kind, encouraging & loving to me every day and has been since the day we met 6 1/2 yrs ago. Together we are parents to our sweet, furry guy, Paco Man who helps to keep the energy serene at the Casa xoxo
