I've been a vegetarian for three years and moving towards veganism and raw food slowly. At least two of my meals and all my snacks are raw. I may stay at this level for a while, since I feel better than ever before.
I'm also do yoga, I bike a lot (as a form of transportation) and I jog regularly.
My family consists of a dear husband and two very naughty boys of 9 and 7 yrs old.
What dietary interests do you have? (clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, weight loss, etc?)
High raw, (almost) all vegan!
What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
