It's been awhile since my last post, I have to say that things are going really well. I have been hiking every weekend, and am feeling so much more balanced because of it. I was at a wedding this last weekend in Banff, and it was so beautiful.

I'm saving money right now so it makes a lot of activities suddenly very expensive. So I started hiking two weekends ago, been on 2 hikes so far and I am going again saturday. It's so wonderful to get out in the mountains, away from the city and spend some time sweating.

He said yes, but has been giving me random excuses whenever I pick a date. I'm so dissapointed because of course the rejection sucks. Last night I decided to get cracking in the kitchen. I've been avoiding recipes this year and just using my intuition and experience over the years to create some really magical things. It is only scary when I have company, but so far everything I've made has tasted amazing! Best Ever!
