Been away for a while, so i only just noticed Penni's book on Raw Food Cleanse..... its really amazing..... i had a look at it and i am going to get it.... we all should..... the information is great! the testimonials are encouraging.... well done Penni.

So yesterday i went apple picking with my sister, after which we made some juice consisting of, beetroot, carrot, ginger and the apples of course :)) it tasted absolutely delicious! My sister has been gradually joining me on my eating plan, so we have been juicing together and now it seems my niece is about to join us.... amazing! It is not only important that we work on transforming our lives, but also in helping others to see the benefits of changing our diets and make lasting…

I have been away from the Hab for a few weeks now and during that time i kept asking myself, 'When are you going back to the Hab?' .... needless to say i have been really lax in my eating plan and sadly have not kept up to my weight loss goals. All of them different in their own way, Karen Knowler has a weekly -ezine; Kate's monthly ezine (unless you r a member of Kate's Bubble (which I'd love to be--but heck, can't do everything) and jeepers, Ms Shazzie, well I used to read her blog way back when blogs hardly existed.. Oh, for heaven's sake, how could I forget Russell James too, though think he lives in the US now but not sure.
And today, Ive again gone foraging for blackberries, dandelion and stinging nettles.. quite time being out there with the birds and the bees...
