About Me: (at least a couple of sentences; ex: family, interests, hobbies, favorite quote, personal mission statement, etc
I was a member of Raw Food Rehab a number of years ago. I miss being part of a community of health minded individuals.
My personal motto is "Life is full of possibilities". I believe this is true in so many areas of life. My health is deteriorating, and I am rapidly aging. I want to be healthy, vibrant, full of life to live life. So I know that I need to make some changes, however, I also know I need support in what I am doing. I have been married for 36 1/2 years. We are now separating, and talking divorce. I still have children at home to raise. The youngest is 8. I am just getting back into the workforce fulltime after many many years at home. I am a certified Raw Food Chef, know a fair amount of vegan / vegetarian / whole foods cooking, etc. It is just in the stick with it part that I have huge challenges. I am glad to have found you again.
I can't remember how I initially heard, however, a posting from THe Raw Chef tweaked my memory of you.
What dietary interests do you have? (clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, weight loss, etc?)
weight loss, eating to improve health (arthritis symptoms, blood pressure, hearing and sight difficulties to name a few). Figuring out the best diet for me to gain health, lose weight, and to thrive.
What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
all of the above. I need to be accountable to someone, could use some moral support too.
