I became vegan about 9 months ago but I cannot stop stuffing myself with pasta, bread and vegan junk food. I feel disgusting and I am being a very bad vegan. Whenever I see people living the raw food life style I want it for myself.... I just don't know where to begin. I guess I will start here at Raw Food Rehab and see where it takes me.....
How did you hear about our community?
Not really sure how I got here but it started with the Russel James Raw Chef website.
What dietary interests do you have? (clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, weight loss, etc?)

What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
Definitely moral support. I also really LOVE success stories and how to do guidelines..... esp RECIPES.

Vegan Going Raw..... Yeah Baby!!!!

I am pumped to make the change to a raw lifestyle.   I am done just considering the idea.  I don't know what has been taking me so very long to make the move.  It might be the fear of not knowing how to make anything beyond a salad and thinking that I need some pretty amazing equipment but I am going with the baby steps concept and after finding this website I think I will find all of the info and support I need..... or at least I hope!!!!… Continue
