Dear Raw Foodie Friends,
After 19 days of eating (mostly) raw (had two non-raw meals with friends during that time), I'm already feeling and seeing incredible changes to my health. Though I didn't stick to the 28-day RF cleanse for more than 2 weeks, I still feel like I'm deeply cleansing just being raw.

Today is Day #5 of my first step into the Raw Food World and my 28-day Raw Food Cleanse, straight from Penni's book with the same name. The first 7-10 days are to be 100% juice but I will admit here that I've been having a small raw snack mid-day each day of a handful of nuts and/or an apple. Though I've been having a small bit of solid food, I'm still 100% raw and each day my little snack becomes smaller and smaller.

It's my first week here at Raw Food Rehab, as well as my first week giving the Raw Food Lifestyle my serious attention.
