Day 11 transparency!!!

Well, I promised honesty…today was not one of my better days L

For some reason I had a reappearance of some tummy issues.   I think it simply may be taking me longer  than I once thought.

I woke up late and had an “avocado veggie” pita at Big Al’s health foods here in Tulsa Oklahoma.

When I got home I was very uncomfortable in my abdominal region…I took a 2 hour nap.  When I got up I went to the bathroom A LOT A LOT A LOT.  Makes me wonder if…

Day 10 Day 10……New things…new things….

This is day 10….and I AM STILL DOING THIS….To be honest…when I began I wasn’t sure because I have been down this road soooooooooooooooo very many times before.  I even joked on my blog on day one that I was Tulsa Oklahoma’s version of Kirstie Alley because of my yo you dieting.


Today for breakfast I had a banana.  Today was my DENTIST day…..yes….the twice a year TEETH CLEANING…bzzzzz bzzzzzzzzzzzzz, floss floss floss,,,DIG DIG…

Day Nine is more than fine….TALK ABOUT SURPRISE

I am very happy to blog about today because I had an UNEXPECTED surprise this morning.


My morning began by sitting in the office of Oklahoma department of public safety.  I have a “CDL” endorsement on my drivers license.  Whenever I renew my license I have to begin here.  I do not “drive” a bus, but once a year I drive in a school van a group of honors kids to a field trip in another…

Day 8 ….non food related


I know that sounds like a funny name for a post but today was really busy with laundry , house chores and reading research articles as I work on my doctorate.  My food was fas and begetarian.


Breakfast:  laundry , kitchen and living room cleaning  (HAD TO BE DONE)

Lunch: black bean burrito from taco bueno

Dinner : Fresh veggie pizza


I have apples and vegetables from the store to do juice…

Hi Jamie, I understand your predicament.  I had the same problem as a you.  I would start out like you did and then binge on chocolate and other junk food and bingo!!  What I have  changed this time is set myself a target - 30 days, and I've said to myself "I am going to go through with this no matter what" and if I am tempted I just say "well I've only got this number of days to go, I'll reward myself at the end of the 30 days for a day and the start another 30 day trial.  Maybe at the end of the 30 day trial I might like my new dietary change that I won't go back to my old ways.  I also keep a diary and write down what I eat each day which seems to help.  i hope this maybe of some help.

By the way, here are two more links that I attached to your message. I hope you find it. These will come in great handy! As you visit you're doctor, he/she will diagnosis you with any disease, especially heart disease and blood clots. That's why it's very important to have regular check-ups with your doctor annually, and do something about amnything that the doctor diagnosis you with! Whatever he/she recommends will go great with the information and the exercise program that I'm providing for you! I hope it all helps you have a great experience with the raw food rehab! I love you. I'll keep you posted on some new flavor!

The Mucusless Diet

 Arnold Ehret's Book the Mucusless Diet is a must read.

It helps us to understand why we are not well and how to turn are health around.

All Grains are starch and turn to Glue inside the body, very acidic.

As well as Beans and Legumes.

 All Nuts and Seeds are fats and acidic.

Fruits aid the body to cleanse.

Veggies and Greens nourish and build.

Once you are detoxed, you

can add some fat back into the diet.
