I haven't meditated in ages. I just haven't made it a regular part of my life - yet. However, my past experience with meditation has been more about achieving a peaceful calm. I know there are hundreds of different methods of meditation, and each one works differently for each person. The word "organic" is certainly thrown around a lot these days, and especially here on RFR. Having grown up on a farm and tasted garden-fresh vegetables, I know the significant difference between conventionally grown and organically grown vegetables - the tasted doesn't compare.

So I've read several posts discussing people's difficulties with the raw food lifestyle, and it has certainly made me think about what my "triggers" are when I "fall off the wagon". I'm pretty sure I knew what they were before, but I wasn't addressing them.
Anyhow, as I'm writing them I'm dealing with a "trigger", and I'm rather pissed about it.
