About Me: (at least a couple of sentences; ex: family, interests, hobbies, favorite quote, personal mission statement, etc
On a Quest for a better me. Love to craft and be outdoors.
How did you hear about our community?
I Googled Raw Food Forums.
What dietary interests do you have? (clean eating, vegetarian, vegan, paleo, weight loss, etc?)
60%. Not real sure since some of my veggies are probably not fully organic.
What is your motivation for joining Real Food Rehab? (moral support, education, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc.)
I am hoping I can learn and gain support and motivation from the community. Recipes would also be great. Just having a place to go, instead of Googling everything.

So about my journey to Awesome, I have added the nuts to my work lunch and it really does help keep me full. I usually eat two bananas, a good bit of nuts, blueberries, apples and strawberries for breakfast. It doesn't seem like a lot, but I have good size helpings and I feel so full after I eat. I think when I said I was starving by my…

Determined to Feel Awesome

Posted on July 28, 2013 at 8:03pm 4 Comments

I am beginning to realize that my food choices have more of an affect on me than I originally thought. I am now determined to hold myself accountable starting now. So, my first dilemma is how to make it through my work day eating the right way. Since I work with food and stay super busy, I…
