Just so lovely hearing from you, one of my favorite people. I do like this group so much. I am having trouble downloading everything and am planning on getting Graham to help me understand it all. Now that we are on medicare, we really need to take care of our health. Drs. can only do so much. God has made our bodies pretty much self healing if we don't beat ourselves up with poor exercise and dietary habits. The more I read, the more I am determined never to eat meat again. This think about the enzymes is totally new to me. This old girl's got a lot to learn. Thankfully, our brains do not need to deteiorate with age, as was thought in the past. Today, I believe that the Lord impressed upon me that I should try to learn something new everyday. So that is my new goal. I am keeping a journal to keep me on track. I didn't know that you were familiar with this site. Nuts, typing is just not good enough. Can you email me your phone number and I will give you a call. Hugs and kisses.
Today is the beginning of a 28 day program. My problem is that I am not sure how to access it. I'll try to figure it out later today. It was just a miracle that I found this site. I ran into a very pleasant lady at Meijers in the produce section. I gave her my e-mail and we have been communicating back and forth since then. She e-mailed me this site and informed me that they were starting a new program today. I signed up for the site, but I am not sure that I am signed up for the 28 day program. You know me and computers, I hate them and the feeling is mutual.
I had decided before IO found out about this site, that today was going to be a brand new beginning for me and I am planning on journaling and writting everything down. I need the dicipline of doing that. I have known for a long time what I needed to do, it is just the doing that has escaped me! I am tired of being beat up over my lack of follow through and so I have decided to start over with a new determination and commitment. I know from the work that I did for years at CMH, that dreams quite often don't come true, but goals do when they are set and maintained. I would appreciate your prayers as I know that the Lord gives us the strength to accomplish his purposes and I am so wanting to be done with defeat. If other people can succeed, then there is no reason that I can't. God is no respector of persons, he give us what we need to succeed and I believe that RFR is a support that I need. I am so glad that you are on here too. This time I plan on doing more than just reading the books. Now that I am not working, I have time to try new things. This will be so cool. We can compare notes and share recipes. I love it. We are hoping to come out there and see you all in living color soon. Blessings my dear to you and yours.
Hi Heather,
Hope you had a great Christmas.
