I'm still truckin! Thanks to whoever (I can't remember, I'm sorry) suggested to just try to stay raw for three days consecutively. It's totally working!
Does anyone else do a "cheat" meal on the weekend? I am a (vegetarian) Thai and Indian food ADDICT and look forward to it all week. That said, I usually wake up feeling groggy and mucous-y (yuck I know). But I honestly can't imagine life without them!

Emily said… Good for you! The first couple days back can feel a little weird and shaky, but you'll get your groove back. Be kind to yourself. ENjoy the rest of your day. :) p.s. some ripe delicious fruit or a fresh lemonade with greens in there always brighten up my raw palette and reawaken my cravings for healthy food.
