"An easy way to begin is by using the "add to" principle. How it works. Begin each meal with something raw. Fruit before or with breakfast. A raw vegetable with or before lunch and dinner. Snack raw. If you eat those, your body has time to…"
"You might consider doing a simple carrot and spinach juice if you have a juicer. Lessen the carrot as you become more used to greens. Maybe add celery. Or do other veggie focused drinks vs. fruits. Don't eat any commercially processed foods! It…"
"How bout adding a superfood to the smoothie? Spirulina is my #1 recommendation. If you can add a tablespoon+ you might find your chocolate cravings diminishing. It's worked for me. It sounds like you're not beating yourself up over falling…"
"I gotta agree about the radical acceptance approach. Better to request your preferences vs. making demands. As you brought up the meat eating friends who wanted you to eat by their standards . . . Fair is fair? :-)) Back to the issue of bringing a…"
"Great that it worked out. One suggestion. Don't preach The Gospel of Raw. Say nothing about the food if no one else does. If someone does ask, only answer to satisfy their curiosity. If they don't further contribute to the…"

"I have a Blendtec. A friend bought a Vitamix and after seeing mine work she took the Vitamix back. I've heard of people switching from Vitamix to Blendtec but haven't seen anyone going from a Blendtec to Vitamix. Selective sight?…"
About Me: (at least a couple of sentences; ex: family, interests, hobbies, favorite quote, personal mission statement, etc
I have an interest in living a healthful life, a simple life. Always have. Do no harm is my philosophy, personally and globally. My favorite quote comes from the children's program, Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood. "If you could only sense how important you are to the lives of those you meet; how important you can be to the people you may never even dream of."
