Profile Information

About Me: (at least a couple of sentences; ex: family, interests, hobbies, favorite quote, personal mission statement, etc: I am a raw vegan for the last 1 1/2 years and a 56 year old grandmother. I work full time, but love to hike, walk, practice yoga and meditation, swim and spend time out doors. I am also an art quilter. My husband and I have a killer organic garden and we both love to harvest and prepare fresh wholesome food. This past year I've learned to prepare a lot of yummy raw food and use my Blendtec, Omega 8004, and my Excalibur to help. I share a lot at work and with family, and most love everything I bring. They all say I'm growing younger! Although I came to this path later than some, it's an awesome journey to be on!

What percentage of your current diet would you estimate is raw foods? (this answer many change over time): 90%

How are you hoping this community can best support you in your journey? (moral support, transition advice, recipes, inspiration, fitness tips, etc): Sharing, education, recipes, all of it. Just being part of a conscious and evolving community of people!
