I have very few readers here. I guess? Mostly from 30 BAD and RawfoodRehab. Actually, I deleted this blog already for some reason. I am going to be honest because I created this blog as my online journal and not to please my readers. So here you go,

Okay my mother is scaring me. ALL DAY, she keeps on telling stories on how bad fruit is for you. She even said that banana is bad for breakfast as it is ACIDIC. loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool.

Okay, today I really want to eat a salad for lunch . So what did I do? A very wrong choice today. I ate a salad at pizza hut. I feel really boated and guilty afterwards!…

  I am enjoying my sugar apple for dinner when this conversation happened:


Mother: Why are you not eating eh?? Hey you should eat.

Me: I am eating right now mom.

Mother: I mean. You should eat rice. Cooked food. Cooked vegetables. I cooked some meat . 

Me: But Mom. I am eating! I eat a lot and slimmer now, happier!

Mother: But eating TOO MUCH fruit.  You should eat REAL FOOD. 

Me: SO do you want me to eat dead food again? Can't you see…

i want to thank you again for your post you helped me solve a very big problem i have as to what sets off my binges....nuts!

thats right if i eat grains nuts or meats i go binge.

so i have you to thank for helpin me understand myself better...remember its not how many times you fall..its how many times you can get back up:)

yes it is not easy trying to change someones opinion on what is healthy..maybe if you can get some articles on the health benefits of eating raw and leave them lieing around for your mom to read?

if she is coming from a place of love,you could try explaining to her(I know you probably have done a million times) that you are feeling better this way and would like her support!

i have a friend who yells at me if i tell him i didnt eat any meat every day.

so you know what i do? when he asks me, i lie and say oh yah i had two pound steak for lunch and boy do i feel healthy lol!

somtimes i lie to keep from hearing him rant on me for an hour about eating meat. not saying you should lie but that what i do..

anyways keep me posted whenever you can..

I always say, well it just means there's more (insert food)  for you! :)  I also say that certain foods don't agree with my stomach anymore and make me feel sick...which it truly does! Sometimes you have to get dirty...explain your bathroom qualms :)  people tend to back off :)

Also saying that you are doing an experiment is one I have used before.  :)  Hope these help!

What a BEAUTIFUL name!!!
The recipe...sure thing.....
This concoction had the following:

  • Apples
  • Tangelo or Mandarin or Orange
  • Pineapple
  • Lots of Lemons @ least 4 x large ones
  • Kale / Collard / Spinach / Lettuce & some more KALE (love this stuff)
  • Ginger
  • Celery
  • Cucumber

Choose what ever proportions you prefer.

I love 80% Greens & 20% Fruit

Hi Frutas, just do the bananas until they are brown and shrunk and dry... you'll know when they're done.  They don't need much heat, more air-flow.  They should be bendy and give a bit when you pinch them, not rock-hard.
