I have to cook and clean up for my husband and children. Some days I want to just toss the pots and cookwear out the door. I got in a mindset where food became my enemy for a while. I watched myself get fatter and became more unhappy. Anyway I think raw is wonderful and am in a good place today even though it is really early in the morning. Its friday which is great and my weight is going down again and I just know today is going to be great. Hey 20% is better than no % and maybe tomorrow or son you can get to 30 or 40% and creep it up. A suggestion I learned from my many weight loss journeys is when you look at your plate half should be veg then the other half is split between starch and protein. If you can get the veg half raw its 50% of the meal. Be rawsome and have the greatest day possible.
