I tried going Raw on my own, I was doing great but there were times it was to difficult I live with my family and there just not supportive and it was hard for me. Therefore I started eating cooked food again and stopped eating raw. I’m hopping in the Raw Food Rehab I can find some encouragement and support others like me, advice and fitness tips would be great aswell. And i hope i can help others aswell.

Good Morning Dear Fatima. I hope today your journey to greatness is fullfilling in some way. My beginning in the incentive has been rocky. It is all because my attitude has been horrible. I am letting someone in my head that has no place there. It is effecting evvery aspect of my life and if I dont control it I will be an unhappy gal. I think I might go soak in my bath, maybe take the baby to the park and try to bless my day. My oldest is due to be induced tomorrow. I am not pleased about it as I wanted her to let her body and baby guide her. Oh well its her experiance not mine. Hey take 2 mins today to look at something beautiful (like yourself) you have an incredable smile and stunning eyes. Have a grand day.

Hi Fatima! Thank you for the friend request. I hope you have a great first day of raw balance. I have a pre-planned wine touring event today and am looking forward to it, but it doesn't really mesh with this initiative, especially on the very first day! I will do my best : )

Fatima,

I have to cook and clean up for my husband and children. Some days I want to just toss the pots and cookwear out the door. I got in a mindset where food became my enemy for a while. I watched myself get fatter and became more unhappy. Anyway I think raw is wonderful and am in a good place today even though it is really early in the morning. Its friday which is great and my weight is going down again and I just know today is going to be great. Hey 20% is better than no % and maybe tomorrow or son you can get to 30 or 40% and creep it up. A suggestion I learned from my many weight loss journeys is when you look at your plate half should be veg then the other half is split between starch and protein. If you can get the veg half raw its 50% of the meal. Be rawsome  and have the greatest day possible.

Hi Fatima just a quick question how long and how much of your diet is raw. My goal is 100% which was easy the first few weeks when I did smoothies. When I started eating fruit and veg I let too much time between eating and got myself in a bad way hungry wise. I then proceeded to eat way too much sad food in a manor of gorging myself till I had to throw up to breath. Scary stuff huh! So now I am reseting and really trying to get my mind in a better thinking way. I know this seems heavy for a first real conversation but this is me. I want to open doors to my reality so I can be as honest and open with my raw family/friends. I truely belive it will be to my benefit.
