Adding LIFE to your years and years to your life!

Yesterday was day 17 (I'm writing this morning of day 18). I had a good day but I'm adding a lot more variety to my juices to keep me interested. I am also really pleased with how my piano is going. I'm not sure, but I'm starting to think that my body/mind learns more efficiently when raw or juicing. Things that I have been working on for months and years have just started to gel and I can't say that I've been practicing any different. I feel like I want to stay this way of eating for life,…

The last few days have been a whirlwind. Managed to get finished decorating (nearly) and I unfortunately had to be offline for some of it, while I sorted my computer out.... I really missed blogging!
I have a new study and a new music room... finally. I have been practicing so much I am nearly ready for my exam yay!.
I haven't been juicing as well as I should have been though. I had a couple of slip ups which I feel terrible about. But I am back on track. I have counselling…

Got some more decorating done today. My trousers are so loose they are nearly falling off. But, still not convinced I'm losing yet since I still have a double chin, and a rather stubborn one at that. grr.
I did lots of painting and moving furniture. Was extremely tired this afternoon and this evening I'm quite hungry :( but I'm going to bed. I'll have a juice in the morning.
Night night to all!

Tough day. Kids and hubby had chips from the chipshop. The car was filled with the smell and it made me very hungry. I'm still hungry now, even after a juice.
Wall is nearly finished, will have to wait for plaster to dry before painting. Shopping will arrive tomorrow (I do my groceries online) and I've bought some more peaches and strawberries, so I can't wait for that. Also stocked up on some more kale.
I actually freeze kale. It goes off too quick even in the fridge. Last…
ContinueI think eating cooked foods is fine....especially when the weather is so miserable. You can make some great vegan soups....I can even share a couple of recipes with you if you like. I make a great vegan (well sort of but I use homemade org. turkey broth in it..lol) but I use smallish green (french?) lentils and the little red lentils, a nice orange winter squash (kuri), kale, celery, carrots, red bell peppers and onions and a jar of tomato pasta sauce and sometimes a can of diced tomatoes...and lots of ginger..it's really yummy and oh so good for you. And I just started cooking up some butternut squash, with thinly sliced onions and some apples (I dice the squash and the apples)...cook it down with water and add coconut butter to make it creamy...and I add spices such as nutmeg and curry powder (a vindaloo or rojan josh) and it tastes to me almost like alfredo sauce....I find it yummy. If you don't add alot of water it is thick and the thinly sliced onions are like noodles (sort of). I also know a great hummus recipe made with zucchini instead of chick peas (no me gusta) anyways, thanks for getting back in touch...hope you feel better soon.....and no worries on what you are eating! You are doing well...and cold rainy miserable weather makes it hard to be raw, I agree!
We are rolling out the red carpet for you!
