- right now I am about 75% raw, some days a little more some days a little less..working towatds 100% raw.

- transition advice...how to make a weekly menu...inspiration, making rawfood do-able for days I have to be on the road....advice, support, inspiration

My doctor has put me on a pretty large dose of turmeric for anti-inflammatory properties. I was.just wondering if anyone.else has had any experience with turmeric, and their outcome, and possible weight loss?

Hi Everyone,
I do not know if I have posted this in the right spot, but here goes. If anyone has knowledge of cleansing on a cellular level to remove radiation from steroidal injections in my neck and back I would be eternally grateful. One injection took almost 40 minutes, while the second one only took about 20. But, 20 plus 40 equals 60 minutes of radiation.
